For developments, full house builds and any larger maintenance projects, Clockwork can provide a complete Project Management service. You will have a designated point of contact throughout the development, where the project manager can liaise with councils, architects and be responsible for all health and safety on site. We have previously worked with many sectors across the U.K.  including working with educational facilities and with the restoration of grade listed buildings such as a pub.

Our project management services include a comprehensive consultancy package working towards balancing cost, quality and timescales. As part of the service we can include items such as site surveys, tender preparation, feasibility studies and completing end of defect inspections for a smooth handover of the development. We can assist with bespoke house builds, as well as completing a block of apartments.
