As a Property Manager you are often stuck in a very difficult position.  Your tenants are increasingly demanding about the quality of property and the service they require (as they should be) and the landlord expects you to be an expert in everything technical about a property (which it is nearly impossible to be). Plus, finding a good and cost-effective tradesperson who can do all this reliably is nearly impossible to do.

At Clockwork we can fill that gap.  We are highly experienced in carrying out maintenance in the rented market for both social and private markets.  We understand the complexities in this market. Usually as a Property Manager, all you want is someone you can rely on to give you good advice, be polite and look after the tenant for a reasonable price and give you feedback at the end of a job.

We have a range of trades people who can carry out all maintenance, repairs and building work that your landlords would ever need.  We always give feedback and present the best option to resolving the issues.  We are fully qualified and carry out all necessary risk assessments and method statements before carrying out work as well as being fully insured, so you don’t have to chase us for the right paperwork.

No longer will you have to have a book full of different tradespeople, you just need one contact point whenever there is a maintenance issue, meaning you can spend less time chasing information and trades and more time dealing with your customers.


At Clockwork we work with many different professionals including architects, surveyors, CDM Co-ordinators, Project Managers and Facilities Managers.  We understand that you are looking for reliable, professional and cost effective maintenance and building contractors, that speak the same language and understand the importance of health and safety, quality, cost and just doing things right.

Clockwork can provide you with a range of trades and services to assist you.  Listed are our main trades but if you don’t find what you are looking for, please contact us to see if we have it as part of our team.  We can also furnish you with what qualifications we hold for that particular trade, especially if necessary for a tender or client that you are working with.

We are CHAS registered and hold insurance and we have in house project managers with NVQ Lvl 6 as well as Temporary Works Co-ordinators qualification.

We can also provide specific project management or temporary works co-ordinators qualifications.

As we work with a variety of professions, we can always bring in other professionals such as surveyors and architects if you are not currently working with one.  If you are thinking about any type of project, we would very much like to hear what you have in mind.
