Clockwork were appointed by a local property investor to renovate and convert a house into two new one bedroom apartments. This was a project that Clockwork were involved in from start to finish.

Pen Y Garn is a large house providing much-needed student accommodation in the Treforest area. The developer provided an extension to the rear, offering two one-bedroom apartments, as well as a complete refurbishment of the main house. External landscaping took place which saw car parking and a bin store provided for each home as well as disabled adaption access installed.
Having been involved in the works from the outset allowed for a more competitive quote due to the fact Clockwork were able to advise at the development stage. The works that Clockwork carried out allowed the investor to achieve a high rental yield prior to the works carried out.
